I don’t even know where the idea came from, but this evening I am dying my hair red with wash-in-wash-out hair dye. At first I was nervous about it because my sister kept giving me dire warnings about dying it dark red, as apparently most menopausal women dye it that colour but, let’s face it, I’m fourteen in the fall. I’m hardly going to fall into that category.
And, if I like it, me and my friend Grace are going to London on Friday so I’ll use my second satchet for that. Yeah, we’re also planning to go all gothed up.
We’re not normal, clearly… but what is normality, anyway?
And, after all; you are only young once.
As for my trip to Northumberland, it was worth going but it wasn’t amazing. Oh well, I guess it was nice to get away from where I live for a while. We stayed near the beach which was great because I live very far inland and it takes hours to get to the beach when you drive. Highlights of the trip included seeing a pink limosine (which was fucking awesome) and being able to take pictures without using my mum’s camera.
The reason is that I now have a new phone, which I promptly named Frank after Frank Iero from MCR, which has a USB to my new laptop (christened Gerry after Gerard Way from MCR), so I can simply copy my own pictures onto my computer. So much easier than before, when I had a phone with a terrible camera.
Some people asked what my phone was and I believe it is a Sony Ericsson XPeria x10 Mini Pro (what a bloody mouthful). This is what it looks like:
Yes, that’s me in my lovely hippie denim jacket.
I have just noticed… default smileys have made a comeback. I shall eliminate them immediately.
What is it with default smileys? I mean, they’re not even that nice to look at. Sigh. I shall rejoice when there comes a beautiful set of default smileys…
